PREMIER 36

Moll developed its innovative Premier 36 system in response to new media requirements such as multiple inserts, pharmaceutical information, and electronic gaming cards. The Premier 36 system effectively meets these needs with in-line capabilities that can produce work previously not achievable by automation.

Air Pile Feeder- Dual suction air wheels with independent controls ensure a positive feed of uneven and irregular shaped stocks.
Buckle Fold Plate- Standard with removable ribs and an all stainless steel back plate to eliminate marking and static build-up
Two Independent Tipper Fold Plates- Standard with two Tipper Plates with anti-marking rollers that can be used anywhere on the extended in-feed table.
Segmented Super-Grip Fold Rollers- Ensures maximum grip on all stocks, and the moveable segments are easily adjustable and positioned laterally.
Extra Long Extended In-feed Table, over six feet of travel which includes two separate stages of belt drives with both two and three inch wide drive belts.
